Copyrights Ownership Protection:

Including all portions thereof, except where otherwise stated, are the ownership of
Gilbert Jenkins, (The Blues Crawlers band), and is protected by the United States Copyright Laws and other laws respecting propriety rights. Downloading songs for a Fee,
From The Blues Crawlers web-site is only for the purpose of customers listening pleasure only.

CUSTOMER DOWNLOAD AGREEMENT:
Customer agrees that any unauthorized reproduction, transfer copying, trade or barter with any portion of Music, Video, Pictures or any portion of this web-site with out written approval by copyrights owner may be a violation of criminal as well as civil law.
When customer downloads songs of there choice for a Fee, Customers shall take all
Necessary action, whether by instruction, agreement or otherwise, to restrict, control

Customer agrees, when downloading songs they shall protect and secure the music, and all portions thereof, to prevent unauthorized copyright, transfer or use. This product

Principals. Accordingly, customers acknowledges that unauthorized copying, transfer, or use may cause Gilbert Jenkins (The Blues Crawlers), and or its principals
Irreparable injury that cannot be adequately compensated for by means of monetary damages.
DOWNLOAD TERM:
Gilbert Jenkins and The Blues Crawlers band grant to customer and customer accepts,
From Gil Jenkins, a non-transferable and non-exclusive privilege to use the downloaded,
Music for personnel use according to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Customers acquires no ownership rights respecting the music product, or portions thereof, and all such rights remain vested solely in Gilbert Jenkins, and or its principals,
In conjunction thereof.
Neither the product, nor any portion of The Blues Crawlers web-site, maybe reproduced,
Transferred, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of Gilbert Jenkins and its principals.
CUSTOMER USE:
Customer may use the music downloads product only for personnel use, and shall not
use the music product as a component of or a basis for a database prepared for
Commercial sale, access, or distribution outside of customers care.
Customer is not permitted to alter or duplicate any downloaded music from this sight
In any way, with out the written permission from Gilbert Jenkins and his principals.
Specific Restrictions concerning customer’s use of the product, or portions thereof,
Including, without limitations, the following; (1)All music maybe used only by customer who purchases the music.(2) no telecommunication transfers of any portion of the product may not be made, (3) customer may not modify, reverse engineer, dissemble,
Decompile or create derivative works based on the product, or any portion thereof.
The rights given to customers hereunder shall commence upon the date customer downloads music products, and all other products herein and shall continue indefinitely
Subject to limitations as set forth herein.
THIRD PARTY ACCESS
Access to the product on this site, hereunder shall be limited strictly to customer;
No third party shall be given access to the product by the customer without the prior
Written consent of Gilbert Jenkins (The Blues Crawlers) and its principals. This agreement herein may not be assigned by customer to any third party.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.
Gilbert Jenkins and principals use its best efforts to correct any errors in software and database, Gil Jenkins, (The Blues Crawlers), do not warrant that all errors will be corrected. In all cases Gilbert Jenkins and The Blues Crawlers shall not be liable for damages, injuries and/or cost to customer or to any third party resulting from use of the product.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND AGREEMENTS:
This agreement shall be construed and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States Federal laws.
Gilbert Jenkins (The Blues Crawlers) and its principals remedies set forth herein are not exclusive and are in addition to any and all other remedies available at law or in equity,
Non of which shall be deemed as waived by virtue of Gilbert Jenkins and principals as well as (The Blues Crawlers), Exercise of any other remedy.
Customer, agrees that any breach hereof by customer may be enforced by means of
Equitable relief, (such as, but not limited to, injunctive relief), in addition to any
Other rights and remedies (including the right to recover attorney’s fees) that may
Be available.
This agreement represents the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements and understandings, There are no representations, warranties, promises, covenants or undertakings, except as described herein.
This information herein is confidential and proprietary information belonging
