You can select two means of shipping; Via Standard Mail, or Express Mail.
All orders are shipped, either or by certified/ registered or with a tracking number
For certain Countries please check with your postal office for any taxes and duties.
Taxes and custom duties are your responsibility.

Shipping is done at the placement of the order. Our delivery time including packaging and quality control as well as delivery, depending on the amount of the order is ; 2 – 3 business days, US and may vary to other( countries; check your local Postal Service)

RETURN POLICY:
If you wish to return defective merchandise, you should, please reach us
At the contact page, and or, ludwig2285@aol.com, let us know the problem
with the merchandise at once.
This will help us to manage getting you the replacement right away.
You have 7 working days to return any defective merchandise from the
Date of receipt, to advise of any defect in or damage from shipping, or
Manufacture’s defect, to return the merchandise to, The Blues Crawlers
for replacement, which will be replacing with the same item/s.
When sending back defective item customer must pay for shipping defected product
Back to, The Blues Crawlers.
We will then send back to the customer the quality product at no cost to the customer.
When sending back defected product, please use a courier with a tracking number
System, The Blues Crawlers will not be responsible if your returns are lost in the
Mail. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
